At CROP GROWTH SDN.BHD., we aim to ensure that all Goods are properly prepared, packed and delivered to our customers. Please review the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return, Refund and Exchange Eligibility

All Goods sold by Us are not exchangeable or refundable, except under the following circumstances:

The wrong item was sent by the Company.
The item received does not match the specifications, description, features or other information advertised on Our website.
The item received is spoiled, damaged or defective upon delivery.
The delivery exceeds the delivery timeframe stated in Our Shipping Policy.

Requests that do not fall under the circumstances stated above may not be accepted.

2. Required Evidence

For a return or refund request, You may be required to provide sufficient evidence for Us to assess the issue. This includes:

A clear and continuous unboxing video showing the unopened parcel, shipping label, packaging and the item received.
A clear video showing the first use of the item, where applicable.
Relevant photographs, Order details, or other supporting documents requested by the Company.

The evidence provided must clearly show the condition of the parcel and Goods received.

3. Request Period

All return and refund requests must be submitted to crop_growth@outlook.com within 24 hours of receiving the item.

Any request submitted after the 24-hour period may not be accepted.

Requests submitted without the required evidence may also be rejected.

4. Review and Approval

All return and refund requests are subject to review by the Company.

If the request is approved, We will provide further instructions regarding the return or refund process.

Customers should not return any Goods without first receiving instructions or approval from the Company.

5. Refunds

Where a refund is approved, the refund will be processed through the applicable payment method or another method determined by the Company.

The time required for the refund to appear in Your account may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
